The role requires proven multi-site kitchen leadership, menu creation expertise, strong cost control, and people development while ensuring rigorous hygiene and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a senior culinary leadership role (Head Chef/ Corporate Chef/ Culinary Consultant).
• Experience in opening multi-site restaurants and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all back-of-house operations across locations.
• Ensure luxury-level food quality and presentation standards.
• Develop and update menus aligned with concept, seasonality, and market trends.
• Monitor COGS, drive profitability, and minimize waste.
• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and lead senior kitchen teams; develop leadership.
• Recruit, train, and retain culinary talent across locations.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategy, events, and brand growth.
• Oversee supplier relationships, procurement, and inventory management.
• Implement standardized recipes and operational procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
