Varel Singapore operates Saga Bar, Vernacular Coffee, and Hathaway, seeking a hands-on F&B Supervisor to oversee daily operations and uphold quality across outlets. You will work with F&B, hotel management, and culinary teams to maintain consistency and hospitality standards while supporting manpower planning and staff deployment.

The ideal candidate has experience supervising multiple F&B concepts, strong leadership, and a passion for guest-focused hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B supervision or similar leadership roles.
• Ability to supervise across multiple concepts/outlets.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards.

• Supervise daily operations of Saga Bar, Vernacular Coffee, and Hathaway to ensure smooth service.
• Lead and support the F&B team during shifts with coaching and direction for high standards.
