Job summary

Food Trot in Singapore seeks an experienced supervisor to lead the team, maintain morale, and ensure safety and hygiene standards across the outlet. You will monitor service delivery and handle guest complaints to protect service quality.

You will coordinate with marketing for events, train staff, and communicate standards through regular briefings to meet business requirements. A minimum of five years in a similar role, especially in speakeasy bars, is expected.

Qualifications

• Integrity and responsibility.
• At least five years relevant experience in a similar capacity, especially speakeasy bar.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and manage team’s morale.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints.
• Manage and coordinate to ensure smooth service performance.
• Manage any troubleshooting at outlet level and make decision at supervisory level.
• Coordinate with marketing executive for promotional event.
• Staff training of new/existing staff.
• Communicate with team through regular briefing about the standards and business requirements to be delivered.
