Job summary

MR DAI PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated F&B Supervisor to support daily outlet management across multiple restaurant brands in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, maintaining food safety standards and overseeing staff performance in a dynamic dining environment.

You will supervise restaurant operations, coordinate across venues, and ensure compliance with SFA requirements while driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality, F&B Management or related discipline preferred.
• At least 2 years in F&B with supervisory exposure.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, customer service and food hygiene practices.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise teams and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems and operational reporting.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays when needed.
• Experience managing multiple outlets is advantageous.
