DAN DAN FOOD PTE. LTD. is seeking an F&B Supervisor to support daily outlet management across multiple dining concepts in Singapore. You will lead restaurant operations, supervise service and kitchen staff, and maintain high standards of customer service and hygiene.

Responsibilities include monitoring food quality, coordinating across outlets, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with SFA regulations. The role offers training opportunities and exposure to multi-outlet operations.

Formación

• Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality or related discipline.
• At least 2 years in F&B with supervisory experience.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, customer service and food hygiene.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems and operational reporting.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience managing multiple outlets is a plus.
