voco Orchard Singapore is seeking a dynamic Senior F&B Associate (or F&B Associate) to deliver quality service in our hotel dining outlets. You will ensure accurate billing, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction across restaurants and bars.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of F&B experience in hotels, with English fluency and a professional, guest‑minded approach. The role requires flexibility for rotating shifts and weekends.

Qualificações

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Diploma/Nitec in Hospitality Operations or related field preferred.
• 1 year of related experience in hotel restaurants or F&B outlets.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain high service quality and consistency in assigned outlets.
• Adhere to health, safety, brand standards and local policies.
• Upsell and deliver a superior guest dining experience.
• Lead by example and support team daily.
• Handle guest queries and resolve issues diplomatically.
