Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Singapore to lead customer implementation programs across air, ocean, road and rail freight.

You will coordinate with customers, operations, IT, legal and other stakeholders throughout the lifecycle, translating requirements into SOPs and driving system configuration, testing and deployment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, customer implementation, key account management or project management.
• Experience in international freight forwarding and supply chain processes.
• Experience with logistics system implementation, process transformation or customer onboarding projects.
• Strong communication and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer implementation projects across air, ocean, road and rail freight.
• Coordinate as the main liaison between customers, operations, IT, legal and stakeholders.
• Translate customer requirements into SOPs and eSOPs.
• Collaborate with technology teams on configuration, SIT/UAT, testing, issue resolution and deployment.
• Create project plans, track milestones and manage resources, risks and changes.
• Provide updates and conduct reviews with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate system training for adoption of new processes and solutions.
• Monitor post-go-live performance and governance activities.
• Support KPI reporting and operational performance improvements.
• Identify opportunities to standardise processes and enhance digital connectivity via EDI and other solutions.
