Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd seeks a seasoned Project Manager for end-to-end customer implementations across air, ocean, road and rail freight. You will coordinate with Operations, IT, Legal and external stakeholders to deliver standardized SOPs and seamless deployments.

You will gather requirements, drive IT collaboration on eSolutions, manage timelines and risks, and provide training and post-go-live governance to ensure service excellence globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, SCM, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in freight forwarding ops, key account management, or PM.
• Strong knowledge of air/ocean/road freight and logistics systems implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication across countries, functions, and levels; fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of CargoWise, SAP, TRAX, EDI or related digital/AI solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer implementation projects for global freight solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Legal and stakeholders for smooth implementations.
• Translate customer requirements into standardized SOPs/eSOPs.
• Partner with IT on eSolutions, including requirements, SIT/UAT, deployment, and support.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, resources, risks, dependencies, and changes.
• Provide regular updates and run review meetings with customers and internal teams.
• Develop and deliver operational and system training.
• Provide post-implementation governance for compliance and service quality.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze performance trends to support account management.
• Drive continuous improvement and EDI integration across global ops.
