Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Customer Implementation Manager to lead multi-modal logistics implementations.

You will coordinate across customers, operations, IT and legal, translating requirements into SOPs and driving system configuration, testing and deployment. The role demands strong stakeholder management, five-plus years in logistics or project management, and proficiency with logistics software such as CargoWise, SAP or TRAX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, customer implementation, key account management or project management.
• Practical understanding of international freight forwarding and supply chain processes.
• Experience working on logistics system implementation, process transformation or customer onboarding projects.
• Strong coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and timelines.
• Strong communication and change-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of CargoWise, SAP, TRAX or similar logistics systems advantageous.
• Exposure to EDI integration or logistics technology projects advantageous.

Responsibilities

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer implementation projects across multiple transportation modes, including air, ocean, road and rail freight.
• Act as the key project coordination point between customers, operations, IT, legal and other relevant stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Understand customer requirements and convert them into practical operating procedures, SOPs and eSOPs.
• Partner with technology teams to support system configuration and development, business requirements gathering, SIT/UAT, testing, issue resolution and deployment.
• Establish project plans, track milestones and manage resources, risks, dependencies and change requests.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders through project updates, meetings and implementation reviews.
• Coordinate operational and system training to support successful adoption of new processes and solutions.
• Monitor post-go-live performance and support governance activities to ensure implementation objectives are sustained.
• Support KPI reporting, customer business reviews and operational performance improvement.
• Identify opportunities to standardise processes, improve service quality and enhance digital connectivity through EDI and other technology solutions.
