Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a seasoned Project Implementation & Coordination professional in Singapore. The role spans planning to go-live, coordinating regional and local teams, and ensuring tight governance across the project lifecycle.

You will manage timelines, risks, and client communications, while aligning operations, systems, and training for a smooth go-live and handover to daily operations. Travel may be required depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Project Management or related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in logistics, contract logistics, 3PL, warehouse operations or project implementation.
• Experience in warehouse start-ups, contract logistics implementation or client projects is advantageous.
• Exposure to WMS, UAT, system implementation, EDI/API integration or warehouse systems preferred.
• Experience with cross-functional and regional stakeholders across countries is a plus.
• Strong in project tracking tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract logistics implementation projects from planning through go-live.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, action trackers, and implementation plans.
• Monitor progress and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.
• Support alignment between regional, local, and corporate teams during implementation.
• Track cross-functional dependencies across site readiness, systems, SOP, training, and manpower planning.
• Maintain a live project risk, issue, and action log; escalate risks early.
• Coordinate regular client implementation calls and provide structured status updates.
• Coordinate go-live readiness checks across site setup, manpower, SOP, training, system config and UAT.
• Support handover from project implementation to daily operations post-stabilization.
• Maintain a central project dashboard and support governance meetings.
