Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced logistics professional to manage customer implementation projects and support the delivery of operational and technology solutions across regional and global freight forwarding operations.

You will lead end-to-end customer implementations across air, ocean, road and rail freight, coordinating with customers, Operations, IT, Legal and other stakeholders. Strong project management and logistics tech experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, or supply chain.
• Minimum 5 years of freight forwarding or logistics project experience.
• Strong understanding of international freight forwarding processes.
• Experience with logistics technology implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer implementation projects across air, ocean, road and rail freight.
• Coordinate with customers, Operations, IT, Legal and other stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
• Gather customer requirements and translate them into practical SOPs and eSOPs.
• Support logistics system implementations, including requirements gathering, SIT/UAT, testing, deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, resources, risks and changes.
• Provide regular project updates and facilitate implementation meetings.
• Coordinate operational and system training for relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Support post-implementation governance, KPI tracking and operational performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardisation and service-quality enhancement.
• Support customer EDI and logistics technology integration initiatives.
