• Delivered end-to-end freight forwarding implementation projects across global air, ocean, road, and rail networks

• Converted business requirements into standardized SOPs/eSOPs, ensuring consistent and error-free execution
• Supported full system implementation lifecycle including SIT/UAT, deployment, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support
