• Converted business requirements into standardized SOPs/eSOPs, ensuring consistent and error-free execution.
• Supported full system implementation lifecycle including SIT/UAT, deployment, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support.
• Ensured on-time and controlled project delivery through strong management of timelines, risks, and resources.
• Strengthened stakeholder communication through structured updates and performance reviews.
• Delivered training and operational readiness programs for internal and external stakeholders.
