Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an MSP Program Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of an MSP program for a key client account. The role focuses on managing contingent workforce operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering an excellent client experience throughout the contractor lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of MSP, vendor management, or HRSS exposure, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in MSP, Vendor Management, HRSS, or a related operational support environment.
Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience managing data, reporting, and workforce administration activities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle, including onboarding, assignment management, extensions, conversions, and offboarding.
Ensure all onboarding requirements, documentation, and system records are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Serve as a subject matter resource for contingent workforce processes and program policies.
Maintain accurate worker records and support workforce data integrity across systems.
