Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Client & Workforce Operations Executive to support outsourced and managed services projects across employee coordination and day-to-day operations. This role develops exposure to both people and operational sides of the business, with 1–2 years of experience welcomed.

You’ll coordinate manpower deployment, onboarding to offboarding, and handle employee inquiries, reporting to ensure smooth operations and timely responses to issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, operations, coordination, administration, HR or another people-facing environment would be useful, but we’re open to different backgrounds.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for day-to-day tracking, reporting and administration.
• Organised, responsible and comfortable communicating with different people.
• Adaptable, hands-on and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manpower deployment, schedules and replacement arrangements.
• Support employees from onboarding through to contract renewal and offboarding.
• Attend to employee enquiries and day-to-day operational matters.
• Source and coordinate candidates for manpower requirements.
• Respond to absenteeism, manpower gaps and operational issues, following through until they are resolved.
• Maintain accurate employment and operational records.
