Job summary

ORIZON AUTOCARE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Motorcycle Service Advisor who will be the main touchpoint for riders, handling inquiries, inspecting bikes before and after service, and guiding maintenance decisions.

You will create and manage detailed job sheets, advise on parts or upgrades, and support smooth workshop operations. Entry-level candidates are welcome; a riding license and basic computer skills help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn; entry-level candidates welcome.
• Class 2A/2B riding license required for test rides and inspections.
• Customer service or workshop counter experience preferred but not required.
• Clear English communication to explain bike issues and recommendations.
• Basic computer skills for invoicing and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Meticulous, detailed, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Inspection & Handover: Pre-service checks, test rides when needed, final handover.
• Customer Advisory: Handle inquiries, advise on maintenance, and recommend parts or upgrades.
• Workshop Admin: Create and fill job sheets, record requests, update statuses, invoicing.
