ORIZON AUTOCARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Motorcycle Customer Service Executive in Singapore.

You will be the main liaison between mechanics and riders, handling inquiries, updating owners on repair progress, processing invoices, and assisting with stock management. Entry-level candidates are welcome and basic English communication is essential. Willingness to learn; entry-level candidates welcome.
Clear English communication to explain updates to customers.
Basic computer/messaging skills for invoicing and inquiries (WhatsApp).
Meticulous, organized, and a good team player.
Preference: candidate already rides a motorcycle.

Responsibilities

Serve as main bridge between mechanics and riders; provide progress updates.
Handle basic admin: create job sheets, issue invoices/receipts, process payments (cash, NETS, PayNow).
Assist with stock management and inventory (spare parts and consumables) and organize shipments.
