Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable claims professional to handle motor insurance claims, from Own Damage to Third Party and recoveries.

You will liaise with policyholders, insurers, lawyers, adjusters, workshops and other stakeholders, processing and settling claims promptly in line with company guidelines and service standards. You may guide junior staff and support ad hoc duties.

Responsibilities

• Handle motor insurance claims, including Own Damage, Windscreen, Third Party Property/Injury Claims, and recoveries.
• Liaise with policyholders, insurers, lawyers, adjusters, workshops, and other stakeholders.
• Process and settle claims promptly in accordance with company guidelines and service standards.
• Review and approve claim payments within authorised limits.
• Coordinate with solicitors on legal proceedings, liability assessments, and claim settlements.
• Monitor claim recoveries, review reserves, and update claim statuses.
• Advise underwriters on policy breaches, claims experience, and related matters.
• Guide junior staff and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
