Job summary

Allianz Insurance Singapore is seeking a Claims Specialist to manage motor claims across WS, OD, PD, and BI, from notification through settlement. You will assess liability, review coverage, negotiate settlements, and control costs while delivering strong customer service.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of motor claims experience, SCi certifications (BCP/PGI/ComGl), and familiarity with Merimen or similar platforms. A strong team player with regulatory knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certification in Insurance or Claims Management preferred.
• Mandatory: BCP, PGI and ComGl certifications from SCI.
• 2–5 years motor claims handling experience.
• Experience with WS, OD, PD claims required.
• BI claims experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Motor Claims Management: manage windscreen and other motor claims from notification to settlement.
• Liability assessment and policy coverage evaluation per terms.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and third parties.
• Maintain reserves and monitor claims costs for cost control.
• Provide professional customer service and stakeholder coordination.
• Escalate complex or high-exposure claims to seniors.
• Coordinate with workshops, loss adjusters and legal representatives.
• Maintain accurate claims documentation in the system.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and system enhancements.
