Job summary

JAC Recruitment Singapore seeks a Motor Claims Executive/Claims Officer to process and manage motor claims with accuracy and fairness. You will interact with customers, coordinate with service providers, and ensure reserves are updated according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma, CGI qualification, or an equivalent insurance-related certification.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Prior motor claims experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, collaborate in a team, and adapt to challenges.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, customer-focused, and professional with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process motor insurance claims efficiently within service standards and guidelines.
• Ensure claim reserves are reviewed and updated promptly.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate potentially fraudulent claims.
• Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism.
• Coordinate with internal teams, service providers, and partners to resolve claims.
• Provide guidance to administrative team members in daily duties.
• Review workflows andSuggest improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor recovery opportunities and follow up on outstanding recovery matters.
• Conduct regular claim file reviews for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
