Job summary

ValueMax Group Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Documentation Analyst to prepare, review, and maintain loan and security documents for our mortgage portfolio in Singapore. You will ensure documents reflect approved credit terms and meet contractual and security requirements before and after disbursement.

You will also contribute to credit assessment, reviewing borrower income, valuation data, and market information, and prepare concise credit memos to support risk decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in credit documentation, credit analysis, compliance review, or conveyancing.
• Degree in banking, law, finance, accounting, or related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore property transactions and AML/CFT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review loan agreements, letters of offer, charge documents, and security documents against the credit approval.
• Review loan files for completeness including KYC/AML documents, source of funds, and approval records.
• Check title searches and valuation reports to confirm security description, registration and lack of encumbrances.
• Coordinate with external solicitors on registration, caveats, discharges, and variations.
• Support credit assessment by analysing borrower income, valuation data, and market information, and preparing short credit memos.
