JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a junior officer for the Centralized Loan Operation Unit in Singapore.

The role focuses on supporting Mortgage, SBL (Investment) and IPF (Insurance) documentation checks, internal caution list reviews, and basic data entry. Key tasks include reviewing credit requests for completeness, processing documents, and rotating through various admin duties to ensure smooth loan operations.

Qualifications

• Min. Polytechnic & ITE
• Experience in banking industry
• Good MS Office and typing skills

Responsibilities

• Review incoming credit requests for completeness and accuracy, and convert to concise, accurately recorded credit facilities.
• Data entry and creation of records/ file into the bank's system
• Checking of documents for mortgage, SBL(Investment) and IPF(Insurance) applications.
• Preparing, organizing and scanning documents into the bank's system
• Cisco warehousing
• Will be expected to rotate and support various other administrative duties
