Job summary

Xircle Talent represents an established international engineering group seeking a results-driven sales leader for data center solutions in Singapore. You will convert complex technical specs into viable, cost-optimized proposals, serving as the bridge between client engineering teams and internal stakeholders to accelerate design-in of modular offerings.

In this role you’ll manage enterprise accounts, collaborate with product, engineering and supply chain teams to improve pricing and margins,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of data center industry experience, with solution sales, pre-sales, or product management.
• Technical understanding of prefabricated modular data centers or power and cooling systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with engineering, supply chain, and finance.
• Strong commercial insight plus technical costed-solution presentation to executives and engineers.
• Fluent English, with ability to travel globally and work across regions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full sales lifecycle for major enterprise accounts, translating specific technical demands into comprehensive proposals detailing module configurations and deployment logistics.
• Interact directly with client-side engineering, procurement, and project management groups to embed solutions in initial design architectures.
• Partner with product, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive industrialization and cost-reduction efforts, using standardization to improve pricing competitiveness and margins.
• Develop scalable sales collateral, such as positioning decks and competitive guides, to support regional teams in replicating winning strategies.
• Coordinate with regional sales leadership to assess and refine opportunities from qualification through contract closure.
