Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior sales professional to own and deliver the regional sales plan for data centre infra. You will originate demand from hyperscalers, AI/cloud providers and large enterprises, and lead end-to-end deals from qualification to negotiation.

You will build trusted relationships with customers and partners, shape pricing with Finance, and collaborate with Engineering and Operations to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' sales or commercial experience in data centres or related infra industries.
• Experience selling to hyperscalers, AI/cloud providers or large enterprises.
• Track record of closing or leading long-cycle, multi-MW deals (colocation, powered-shell, build-to-suit).
• Strong commercial and financial acumen; comfortable pricing and TCO modelling.
• Sales experience in one or more Asian markets.
• Degree in Business, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver your sales plan (leasing targets, contracted MW, revenue and margin) across markets in Asia-Pacific and SE Asia.
• Build a multi-year pipeline by originating and qualifying demand from AI-native companies, hyperscalers, cloud and GPU providers.
• Lead complex deals end-to-end, from qualification through pricing, negotiation, and contractual agreements.
• Build trusted relationships with customers' infrastructure, procurement and technical leaders.
• Shape pricing and deal structures with Finance and Sales leadership; negotiate LOIs, MSAs and service orders.
• Partner with Development, Engineering and Operations to translate requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Provide market intelligence on demand, pricing, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Keep forecasting and CRM accurate; report pipeline and bookings to leadership and investors.
• Mentor junior team members as the commercial team grows.
