Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 5+ years of experience in design management or project delivery.
• Experience delivering data center or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design delivery of data center projects from concept through construction.
• Manage architects, engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements, industry standards, and operational needs.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and QA/QC processes.
• Conduct design reviews and drive cost-effective solutions.
• Act as the primary client contact for design-related matters.
