HR Exchange Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced project/engineering manager to lead hyperscale data centre builds in Singapore.

You will develop schedules, budgets, and execution plans, coordinating with architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure constructability and timely delivery. The role requires 7+ years in project/engineering/construction management, strong leadership, and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Competenze

• Degree or Diploma in engineering or related field with at least 7 years of project/engineering/construction management.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, design standards, and technical specs.
• Experience leading teams, vendors, and projects in 24/7 environments.
• Familiarity with industry standards for sustainability and energy efficiency (e.g., Uptime Tier, TIA-942, GreenMark).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and execution plans for hyperscale data centre builds.
• Coordinate design development with architects, engineers, and consultants for constructability.
• Oversee procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and long‑lead items.
• Ensure construction aligns with design specs, codes, and client expectations.

• Track progress against schedule, budget, and KPIs.
• Conduct regular site reviews, audits, and inspections for quality.
• Monitor vendor and contractor performance and adherence to contracts.
• Implement project management tools and methodologies for reporting and decision‑making.
• Lead commissioning, IST, and final handover to operations teams.
• Document as‑built drawings, O&M manuals, and certification records.
• Capture lessons learned for future projects.
