MCModels hires for various roles in the modeling industry, such as Model Assistant, Model Coordinator, and Fashion Model. They also have management and administrative positions like Agency Manager, Content Producer, and Coordinator. Many of these are hybrid, contract‑based roles located in Singapore, with a need for strong organizational, communication, and industry‑specific skills.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinator / Model Assistant: Assists with day‑to‑day operations, client and model communication, scheduling, and logistics for events, photoshoots, and commercials.
- Model Coordinator: Acts as the main point of contact between models, clients, and internal teams, handling bookings, castings, and communication.
- Model Agency Manager: Oversees talent placements, client and talent relations, organizes casting calls, and manages project deliverables.
- Content Producer: Manages social media presence, creates content, engages with the community, and tracks performance metrics.
- Fashion Model: MCModels actively looks for models for various projects; prior experience is a plus, but they also accept new talent for opportunities in commercials, dramas, and events.
- Managing Partner / Co‑Owner: Oversees the company's strategy, operations, client relationships, and business growth.
General Qualifications and Work Environment
- Location: Many roles are hybrid, based in Singapore, but allow for some remote work.
- Contracts: Many positions are contract‑based.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are frequently required. Industry experience is often a plus.
- Experience: MCModels welcomes new talent for modeling roles, even those with no prior experience, providing training and resources.
