Qualifications

• 3–5 years of mobility and rewards experience.
• Degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Exp. in expatriate and compensation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and PM skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage OCBC Group mobility programme for overseas assignees.
• Support annual compensation programme and Remuneration Committee materials.
• Review remuneration components for market competitiveness including bonuses.
• Structure award buy-outs and guaranteed bonuses.
