Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a Mobility and Rewards Specialist in Singapore to drive overseas assignment mobility, review benefits and liaise with vendors, and support the annual compensation programme. You will analyze market competitiveness and assist in structuring bonuses and award buy-outs.

The role requires 3–5 years of mobility/rewards experience, a degree in HR or related field, and strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of mobility and rewards experience.
• Degree in HR or related field.
• Experience in expatriate and compensation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage OCBC Group mobility programme for overseas assignees and review policy/benefits.
• Support annual compensation programme and prepare Remuneration Committee materials.
• Review remuneration components for market competitiveness and manage bonus accruals.
• Structure award buy-outs and guaranteed bonuses.
