Job summary

ComfortDelGro in Singapore invites a seasoned Compensation & Benefits professional to lead regional programs, maintain salary bands, job grading, and incentive schemes within the Rewards team. You will oversee annual salary reviews, bonus calculations, budgeting, and support executive compensation coordination, data management in SAP SuccessFactors, and power BI reporting for management insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally regional or multinational.
Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency in benchmarking tools (Mercer, Korn Ferry, Willis Towers Watson).
Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and modelling skills advantageous.
Experience with HRIS like SAP SuccessFactors and related modules is a plus.
Able to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and prioritise multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Support administration of compensation activities, including salary reviews and bonus calculations.
Develop and maintain compensation structure, salary bands, and job grading systems.
Administer employee benefits programs and manage vendor renewals.
Maintain long-term incentive plans and coordinate with consultants on executive compensation.
Document and communicate compensation policies; produce reports and dashboards.
Support global mobility processes and regional C&B initiatives.
Participate in budgeting exercises and present compensation insights to leadership.
