Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading global financial services organisation to appoint a Regional Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join its APAC team in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Head of Compensation & Benefits, this role supports reward initiatives across markets within the region.

The ideal candidate will bring multinational Total Rewards experience, strong analytical capabilities, and proficiency with HR systems and compensation data.

Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading global financial services organisation to appoint a Regional Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join its APAC team in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Head of Compensation & Benefits, this role offers the opportunity to support reward initiatives across multiple markets within the region.

The successful candidate will support annual compensation and incentive review cycles, benefits administration, salary benchmarking, reward analytics, and compensation governance activities. The role will also partner with HR, Payroll, and Global Mobility teams on international transfers, reward-related communications, and regional compensation initiatives.

In addition, the incumbent will leverage HR systems and workforce data to generate insights, support reporting and audit requirements, and drive process improvements across reward and HR operations. This position will play a key role in ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory, tax, and governance requirements while maintaining effective and efficient reward processes.

The ideal candidate will have prior Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards experience gained within a multinational environment, preferably in financial services or another regulated industry. Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and experience working with HR systems and compensation data are highly desirable.
