Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore is seeking a Rewards Specialist to manage end-to-end employee share plans and related governance. You will work with in-country HR teams, vendors, and regional partners to ensure accurate grants, vesting, communications, and reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years in rewards, strong analytical ability, and excellent stakeholder engagement. You will contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and ensure compliance across the regional plan framework.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years in rewards, preferably with employee share plans.
• Strong analytical and data reconciliation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end administration of employee share plans.
• Coordinate share plan activities across Singapore and region.
• Analyze share plan data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead or support projects including vendor management and system changes.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and reporting for plan costs.
• Communicate plan information clearly to employees and stakeholders.
