Job summary

COMPUTACENTER SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support Engineer (Roaming) to deliver hands-on technical support at customer sites for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

You will install and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Office 365, manage AD accounts and Exchange, and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues according to company standards. The role emphasizes proactive maintenance, incident handling, and collaboration with IT teams across locations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT/CS or related field required.
• 2–4 years in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.
• Strong troubleshooting for hardware and software.
• Hands-on with Windows 10/11, Office 365, AD, Exchange.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and asset management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals on customer sites.
• Install, upgrade and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
• Administer AD user accounts, Exchange mailboxes and distribution lists.
• Maintain printers, hardware and inventory; perform preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT teams; escalate to Tier 3 when needed.
• Coordinate OS configurations and deploy standard desktop images.
• Prepare equipment for shipping/receiving and support roaming duties.
