Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a Support Officer (Management Information Systems) in Singapore. The role provides day-to-day technical support for network, desktop systems and office equipment, while monitoring and maintaining computer systems.

You will set up new user accounts and assist with server and O365 administration. The ideal candidate has a IT-related diploma/degree, good hardware/software knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent IT certificate.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Experience in computer support roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with PowerShell, O365 Admin and SharePoint.
• Webpage design knowledge is a plus; Autodesk/Bentley knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for network, desktop systems and office equipment.
• Monitor and maintain company computer systems; install/configure hardware/software; resolve issues.
• Respond promptly to service requests and incidents.
• Set up user accounts for new staff.
• Repair or replace equipment as needed.
• Provide basic training and guidelines for new staff.
• Administer Server and O365 environments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
