Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking an IT support professional in Singapore to install and configure hardware, software, networks, and peripherals. You will monitor the IT infrastructure, respond to service requests, and provide hands-on technical support across the business.

The role requires a Professional Certificate or NiTEC in CS/IT and at least 1 year of related experience; junior executive candidates in IT/Network/System/Database are preferred. Training and onboarding will be provided.

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate or NiTEC in Computer Science/Information Technology required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience is required.
• Junior Executive preferred in IT/Network/System/Database or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining the complete IT infrastructure (computer systems, security, networks, etc)
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Troubleshooting and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• Provide training internal users
