Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore seeks a System Engineer (outsourced & inhouse) to provide on-site IT support for multimedia training labs and assist in desktop IT services. The role includes setting up PCs, managing AD profiles, and maintaining training software.

You will work with instructors, create AD accounts, update training images, and handle support tickets. Office hours are 8:30am–6pm with potential overtime and time-off-in-lieu. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Information Technology or related discipline.
• 1–2 years IT experience; initiative and quick to learn on-the-job.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Willingness to start work immediately.

Responsibilities

• On-Site IT Support for Multimedia Training Labs.
• Assist in Desktop Support IT Services.
• Set up each PC and manage student login profiles.
• Create Active Directory accounts, profiles, and group policies.
• Maintain software and perform upgrades for training facilities.
• Update training server and keep systems up to date.
• Prepare and cleanup laptops for onboarding/offboarding.
• Create images for new laptop models and config changes.
• Address IT support tickets and perform desk-side support as needed.
• Follow office hours (8:30am–6:00pm); overtime compensated with time off in lieu.
