Microbial testing / Technical Services Specialist

Travel: Up to 30% (SEA, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan distributors)

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Technical & Laboratory Support

• Perform laboratory testing including validation studies, method development and evaluation work in accordance with cGMP and ISO 9001 standards.
• Support validation/application development and provide initial training to customers to ensure optimal use of the Microbial Solutions products.

Customer Training & Onboarding

• Lead technical onboarding, conduct training sessions, demonstrations, and application troubleshooting for customers across APAC.
• Qualify leads, assist in customer startup activities, and help close new business opportunities.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

• Provide technical support on applications, reagents, and software issues.
• Work closely with Account Management and Field Service teams to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive product adoption and continued usage.

Documentation & Internal Support

• Generate, review, and update SOPs related to Technical Services.
• Support internal product training for new launches or changes within the product lines.

Marketing & Events

• Conduct seminars, workshops, and support marketing initiatives.
• Participate in tradeshows, seminars, and other customer-facing events.

Quality & Compliance

• Participate in investigations (root cause analysis, impact assessments, corrective actions).
• Support QA during audits in areas related to technical specialization.
