CaterSpot is Singapore’s leading corporate food delivery and workplace food platform. We partner with restaurants, caterers, cafés and food groups to serve companies across daily meal programs, catering, events and pantry solutions.

We are seeking a commercially driven Merchant Acquisition Manager to expand and strengthen our merchant network across Singapore. You will identify, approach and sign high-quality merchants, from independents to major chains, and manage the full acquisition cycle

Qualifications

• Experience signing restaurants, retailers or other business partners.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
• Comfort with in-person meetings and enterprise negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of restaurants, caterers, cafés and food groups.
• Acquire merchants ranging from independents to major restaurant chains.
• Conduct pitches, commercial discussions and negotiations in English and Mandarin.
• Build relationships with non-English-speaking restaurant owners and expand coverage.
• Identify gaps in CaterSpot’s merchant coverage and reach.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, referrals and in-person visits.
• Meet restaurant owners, founders, general managers and senior decision-makers; negotiate terms.
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact through contract signing.
• Prepare tailored proposals for larger chains and catering groups.
• Maintain CRM data and track activity and conversions.
