Job summary

Grab in Singapore is seeking a Merchant Growth Manager, Emerging to nurture a diverse portfolio of F&B merchants. You will drive growth across GrabFood, GrabPay, GrabAds and GrabExpress by building strong merchant partnerships and scalable strategies.

On-site at the Singapore Grab office, you will report to the Lead, Commercial, Merchant Growth and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven merchant programs and tailored solutions that boost GMV and delivery volumes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or business development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Collaborative across teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Results-driven with growth targets and operational excellence.
• Familiarity with F&B or e-commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of merchants.
• Manage merchant accounts focusing on GMV, table management, monetisation, and delivery volumes.
• Develop scalable business strategies to drive growth for merchants across Grab's ecosystem.
• Conduct regular business reviews with merchants to share insights and align on growth.
• Coordinate campaigns and initiatives that drive merchant engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide reporting, marketing support, merchant operations support and product enhancements.
