Job summary

INFORICH SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven Merchant Acquisition Executive to lead on the ground in Singapore. You will identify prospective merchants, conduct daily field visits, and convert conversations into signed partnerships.

You will own a monthly target of 50 merchants signed and activated, guiding them through onboarding and maintaining records in the CRM for long-term retention and growth.

• Experience in field sales with direct merchant outreach.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

About the Role

We're expanding our merchant network across Singapore, and we're looking for a driven, resilient Merchant Acquisition Executive to lead the charge on the ground. This is a field-first, target-driven sales role — you'll spend your days meeting business owners face-to-face, pitching cold, and converting conversations into signed, active merchant partners. What You'll Do

• Proactively identify and approach prospective merchants (F&B, retail, and service businesses) across assigned territories in Singapore.
• Conduct daily in-field, door-to-door visits — this is a hands-on, on-the-ground role, not a desk job.
• Convert cold leads into closed, signed merchant partnerships through confident, consultative pitching.
• Own and hit a monthly target of 50 merchants signed and activated.
• Guide merchants through onboarding to ensure smooth activation, not just a signature.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of visits, leads, and pipeline in the CRM.
• Build genuine relationships with merchants to support long-term retention, not just first sign-up.
