Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a driven Account Manager to support merchant acquisition, prospect, negotiate and onboard merchants, and take ownership of a merchant portfolio.

You will analyze sales data, conduct business reviews, coordinate cross-functional campaigns, and assist monthly reporting. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential for success in this role and to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree with 2–3 years ecommerce/merchandising or relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Basic PowerPoint and Excel skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support merchant acquisition efforts for the client's platform, including prospecting, negotiating and onboarding.
• Take on the key account manager role for a portfolio of merchants, tracking sales performance and conducting regular business reviews.
• Assist in monthly business reporting activities.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to execute campaigns, resolve operational issues and address customer queries.
• Support ad-hoc projects.
