About the role

As a Merchandiser in the garment industry, you will play a vital role in the success of our client, Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd', a leading retail and consumer products company. Based in the North-East Region, this full-time position is responsible for ensuring the optimal presentation and availability of products in-store, driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.

What you'll be doing
  1. Process buyers’ orders accurately and promptly.
  2. Provide customer service and follow up with clients on requirements and updates.
  3. Coordinate samples and ensure timely submission to customers.
  4. Work closely with the production team on order lead-times, handle day-to-day issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
  5. Liaise with suppliers and clients to support production and delivery timelines.
  6. Prepare quotations, tenders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and perform data entry tasks.
  7. Plan and arrange delivery schedules to meet customer expectations.
What we're looking for
  1. Experience in the Garment / Apparel industry or a Diploma in Fashion Merchandising or related discipline.
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. A team player who is self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently.
