Job summary

The American Club, The seeks a Member Services professional to deliver warm, professional service across Member touchpoints. You will manage enquiries, feedback, and requests promptly, while ensuring spaces are ready for events and membership administration is handled end-to-end.

You will collaborate with other departments to coordinate Club activities, requiring adaptability and accountability in a rotating shift environment including weekends and public holidays.

• Provide end-to-end Membership administration and full Concierge services.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of Club activities.

• Take ownership and handle all enquiries, feedback, and requests from Members promptly and professionally
• Manage daily operations at the various Member touchpoints and ensure the space is ready for events, if any
• Responsible for end-to-end Membership administration and provide the full range of Concierge services
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of Club activities and functions
