Job summary

The Executive Centre in Singapore seeks an Engagement Associate to serve as the face of TEC for its members, delivering proactive, professional customer service that enhances the overall community experience. You will engage with members and guests, addressing needs with a service-led approach.

As part of the team, you will manage front-desk interactions, coordinate office and IT support basics, and build relationships with vendors to add value to TEC centres and the member experience.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and respond to members' and guests' needs.
• Connect members with value-adding opportunities in-centre and beyond.
• Manage office units and telephone systems for all members.
• Coordinate secretarial, administration, postage, courier tasks and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Conduct seamless check-in and check-out process for all members.
• Handle all calls in a professional, service-led manner.
• Develop relationships with third-party vendors to enhance operations and member experience.
• Seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to members to drive revenue.
• Support local Operations to maximise profitability, efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain the look, feel and efficiency of all centres to TEC standards.
