Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with an assigned portfolio of members.
• Build a strong understanding of member preferences, interests, expectations and club usage.
• Maintain regular, meaningful and professional engagement with members.
• Act as a key point of contact for member enquiries, requests and feedback.
• Proactively connect members with relevant Club events, dining, wine and other experiences.
• Identify disengagement or retention risks and take appropriate proactive action.
• Support member referrals and appropriate introductions to prospective members.
• Maintain accurate CRM/member profiles, interaction notes and follow-up actions.
• Provide regular updates on engagement, feedback, retention risks and relationship opportunities.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
