Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality, private members’ clubs, luxury retail, or similar environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong judgement, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Professional presentation and conduct.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a primary point of contact for members and guests.
• Maintain oversight of arrival areas and shared spaces, ensuring smooth guest flow.
• Set and uphold the tone of professionalism, warmth, and discretion.
• Manage ongoing communication with members via email and messaging platforms.
• Provide clear, timely responses to enquiries related to bookings, access, and club services.
• Coordinate with spa, pool, lounge, and dining teams to support seamless service delivery.
• Share relevant guest information and preferences in line with data protection standards.
• Support service recovery and escalation processes when required.
