Job summary

Resorts World at Sentosa Pte Ltd is seeking a Guest Services Host to engage valued customers and deliver hospitality services across membership programs and events.

You will handle enquiries, collect feedback, and help plan member promotions while promoting repeat visits to the integrated resort. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills and flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Meet regulatory requirement of minimum 21 years of age.
• Diploma in Business or Marketing; Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with hospitality/service experience.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest services, handle enquiries and guests' feedback; promote memberships and events.
• Act as a one-stop in-house host to identify and engage valuable customers.
• Conduct surveys and analyse feedback to improve guest experience.
• Contribute to planning of member promotions and events; encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain confidentiality, data accuracy and compliance with regulations and internal standards.
