Position: Medical Sales Representative - Team Leader

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Medical Representative to join our customer's team in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting our healthcare and pharmaceutical products to medical professionals, building strong relationships, and driving sales performance in compliance with HSA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, specialists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals across private clinics, hospitals, and retail pharmacies.
• Conduct regular visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to increase product awareness and education.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Provide accurate product information, usage guidelines, and updates in line with HSA requirements and company policies.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to support sales and marketing strategies.
• Prepare sales reports and ensure timely follow-ups with healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare marketing will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's healthcare landscape and HSA compliance standards.
