Job summary

Biobot Surgical Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to drive regional sales growth across assigned markets. The role focuses on distributor management, market development, and customer engagement, managing the full sales pipeline from opportunity identification through negotiation and closure, while ensuring market execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical science, or related field.
• 10+ years in commercial, sales and distributor management in medical devices/MedTech.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in complex B2B healthcare opportunities.
• Experience across Southeast Asia and/or Asia-Pacific markets with distributors and hospitals.
• Experience in urology, surgical robotics, diagnostic imaging, or minimally invasive therapies is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets; own the sales pipeline from opportunity identification through quotation, negotiation, tender support and commercial closure; maintain disciplined forecasting and pipeline reviews.
• Manage distributors; assess performance; conduct reviews covering pipeline, forecasts, inventory, training needs and market issues; onboard new distributors and contribute to agreements and plans.
• Develop direct relationships with hospitals, clinicians, procurement teams, and other healthcare stakeholders; identify accounts and accelerate adoption of Biobot technologies; monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, customer training, case support and distributor competency development; collaborate with Marketing on regional campaigns and regional market-development initiatives; align with Operations on orders and delivery planning.
