Responsibilities

• Planning / Assign sub-contractors and manpower for the maintenance work.
• Supervising & Managing sub-contractors for maintenance and servicing works.
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance.
• Perform routine checks and system back-ups.
• Record servicing and maintenance data and generate service reports.
• Provide technical and operational guidance.

• Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• TRAINING PROVIDED

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning / Assign sub-contractors and manpower for the maintenance work and from project handover
• Supervising & Managing of Sub-contractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading / improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA System
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
• Provide Technical / Operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
• Others ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge on BMS / PLC / HVAC will be a plus point
• Training provided for those without/lesser experience
